The campus minister at Wesley is Rev. Jay Robinson, an ordained minister in The United Methodist Church. Jay is currently in his second full year at Wesley. His degrees include a Bachelor of Arts from Birmingham-Southern College and a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt Divinity School.

Jay has pretty much spent his whole life in ministry. He first felt led into the ministry at about 13 and began speaking at churches at the age of 15. By 19 as a sophomore at Birmingham-Southern College he was the pastor of a church. Before coming to Wesley, Jay has spent the bulk of the past 10 years in ministry with younger adults.

Jay has an eclectic blend of interests such as astronomy, history, basketball, mountain biking, computers, and gadgets. He also plays the piano and the violin.

Favorite movies: Schlindler's List, Star Wars (in this order--5,6,3,2,4,1), Gladiator, Indiana Jones, and Shawshank Redemption

Favorite TV shows: currently running--CSI (the original), (of all time--MASH), Battlestar Galactica (the remake)
